Important information

The prices are per person in a double room.
Daily supplement for single use of a double room: € 25,00 - € 40,00
Supplement for one night stay: € 15,00 - 20,00

Discounts in a camp bed:

0 to 3 years of age 80%
3 to 8 years of age 60%
9 to 12 years of age 40%
13 to 15 years of age 20%
16 to 99 years of age 15%

Persons aged 14 years and over will have to pay a tourist tax of  Euro  2,90 per person per night.
This fee is not included in the total price of your stay: it is only payable on departure.

Dogs and other pets are not permitted to stay here.

Arrival

On your day of arrival your room will be available to move into from 2 pm. If you arrive earlier, we will be pleased to look after your luggage until then. If you are unable to arrive before 6 pm, we would be grateful if you could let us know in good time.

Reservations

We only accept reservations upon payment of a deposit of 30% of the price of the pension.
This deposit will be deducted from the final price.

For payment of your invoice, we accept either cash on to 4.999,99 €  or the following credit cards: Eurocard, Mastercard, Visacard, Bancomat.

Conditions of Cancellation

It is hard enough not to be able to start a booked trip against expectations.
In order to avoid any financial loss in this context, you should take precautions in time.
We therefore recommend the travel cancellation insurance Hotelstorno Plus
in cooperation with the Europäische Reiserversicherungs AG.

cancellations until 21 days before arrival, free of charged.
For cancellations within 21 to 14 days before arrival, 40% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 14 to 3 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 2 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.

The agreed price is the price for accommodation, board and any other services booked.
In the event of typing errors in the booking confirmation, the prices in the price list shall always apply!!
This price list, when published, replaces all previous prices.
