Bletterbach Geoparc - South Tyrol's Grand Canyon
8 km-long canyon inside the mountains: The 400 metre-deep gorge near Aldein/Radein is a journey through the history of the earth. Geo-trails, forestry trails, guided hikes and the visitor centre unlock nature's secrets layer by layer.
"Max Valier" Observatory
South Tyrol's only public observatory, "Max Valier", and the sun observatory in Obergummer offer fascinating glimpses of the secrets of the universe. The walk along the Planet Trail is also highly recommended for children.
